Our Management Team
PACIDA is governed by a seven member Board of Directors charged with the key responsibilities for strategy and policy formation and guidance. At program level, PACIDA is administered by the Executive Management comprising of the Executive Director, Programme Coordinator and Finance, Administration and Human Resource Manager, who are responsible for the implementation of the decisions taken by the Board of Directors.
PACIDA’s Executive Director is responsible for general oversight of the program and its integration into the strategic plan objectives. The Executive Director also represents the programs at local government and international levels. The Programme Coordinator supervises all program staff, fundraising, donor liaison and is the contact person for all program matters. The Finance, Administration and Human Resource Manager is responsible for organization finances, administration and human resource affairs. Program Managers are responsible for implementation of the activities at the community level; provide direct supervision to all field-based management and project staff.
