PACIDA is committed to being transparent in its work and accountable to its key stakeholders, in particular the community we serve. We share information with our beneficiaries, partner organizations, and the general public, and we are accountable to our staff, volunteers, supporters, donors and suppliers.

The information we publish and how we respond to requests for information are important aspects of accountability.

In order to achieve our organizational mission and to ensure that our work has the greatest impact in the community, we believe it is vital to be accountable to our key stakeholders. Key stakeholders include the individuals and communities with whom we work; partners and allies; donors and supporters; staff and the wider public; and regulatory bodies in Kenya. We are working towards improved transparency and information-sharing, greater stakeholder participation in decision-making, and better evaluation and compliance mechanisms.
